It is a very exciting time when people get promoted into management and leadership positions, but it can also strike fear into people who are not properly prepared for the day-to-day expectations that are put on a manager or a leader.
Our Team Leader/Supervisor Training Course aims to give you a sound grounding in your new career by providing the essential skills required to manage and lead effectively.
Although targeted at newly promoted leaders or those identified as potential leaders, the course can easily be adapted to meet the requirements of existing leaders who are in need of a refresher or who want to acquire new skills.

It's a great course
As a supervisor it definitely opened my eyes to looking at other possibilities and that it's something better to think outside the box a la "Look at things as shades of grey, instead of just black and white". It gave me a glimpse as to what I'd have to look at problem wise, if I were a manger and how there are many avenues to explore before coming to a decision, as there is never just a straight forward easy answer, even if it seems that way. I'd highly recommend this course.
