It's a great course

As a supervisor it definitely opened my eyes to looking at other possibilities and that it's something better to think outside the box a la "Look at things as shades of grey, instead of just black and white". It gave me a glimpse as to what I'd have to look at problem wise, if I were a manger and how there are many avenues to explore before coming to a decision, as there is never just a straight forward easy answer, even if it seems that way. I'd highly recommend this course.

Very well presented and explained.

Aidan presented the course very well. He led the interaction in the group in a very expert manner and kept my attention throughout. I found the course very interesting and helpful. Now, I have better understanding about the leadership and I feel more confident in my job.

1 Day Supervisor Course

I really enjoy this course and found it to be very informative. I am in a new Senior role and throughout the course I learnt a lot of important aspects and training that I hadn't considered. The trainer Aidan was very friendly and engaging, and welcomed discussions among the group, which made you feel more involved.

Interesting, Informative and Enjoyable

Attended this 1-day course in-house at work. I really enjoyed it. The information was presented really well, easy to follow and understand with opportunities to ask questions through-out and discuss within our group any points or areas as we wanted to. The trainer was knowledgeable, offered examples from his experience and gave feedback well to backup the material and content. There was additional material provided by way of a booklet, which I used to take notes . It also contains further reading and information to follow up on after, and I look forward to utilising the skills and insights learned - I really enjoyed how the personality type profiles gave insights into how people interact and learn. Such a useful tool! - it really encourages you to think about how others learn and what they need to work well, develop and progress - something which is key when you are in a position of responsibility for others; it provides ways on how best, as a supervisor or team leader, I can support and encourage others. I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to better understand this or even as a refresher to help and ensure your team is working to their best, and are provided with the right support and guidance.

The instructor explained each concept really well so the session was easy to follow even if i had no knowledge prior to the session on that concept. He came across approachable and friendly which gave me more confidence to join in on the conversation. I very much enjoyed the team leadership course. Although I am currently not in a role where I lead a team, I have definitely learnt ideas and strategies on how to use those skills in my current role and also will have those skills ready for the future if I do develop into a role such as that.
