Information with useful tools
I recently attended a two-day online Leadership and Management training course and found it to be highly valuable and engaging. The course was well structured and fast-paced, covering a wide range of relevant topics in a clear and accessible way. It struck a good balance between theory and practical application, with useful tools and frameworks that I can immediately apply in the workplace. The inclusion of role play exercises was particularly effective in bringing the concepts to life and building confidence in real-world scenarios. There were excellent opportunities for discussion throughout, allowing participants to share experiences and perspectives. The feedback provided, both from the trainer and the group, was constructive and insightful, helping to reinforce learning and encourage reflection. The trainer delivered the content exceptionally well, presenting new material in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner. Their approach created an open and supportive environment, which encouraged participation and made the sessions enjoyable as well as informative. Overall, this was a high-quality course that has strengthened my leadership skills and provided practical techniques I can take forward. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to expand their knowledge and capability in leadership and management.
