I really enjoyed the course's interactive and two-way approach with information sharing, questions, food for thought, analogies and break out sessions to explore and fine tune our understanding and how we might apply what we've learnt to our roles in a relevant way. The instructor was very knowledgeable and had a really easy to understand style. A refreshing alternative training style to the traditional PowerPoint slides, so thank you!
