This one day course packs a lot in. From working styles, management and leadership skills, providing feedback, how to communicate assertively, motivate, inspire and engage with your team. Thanks to my trainer Sue for providing customised feedback for my individual circumstances.

Leadership and management course
Overall this was a brilliant course and a lot was covered over the two days. Rachel was brilliant everything was explained and the activities was an eye opener and really made us think and how to do things differently. Great Session
I really enjoyed the People Management Skills that I undertook and found it very useful. Andrew was very engaging, made it comfortable to ask questions and was able ensure that everyone got involved without making people feel uncomfortable.
