Targeted Training for Aspiring and Current Leaders

The training was aimed at both aspiring leaders and those already in leadership positions. The online session I attended included participants from a variety of sectors. Since everyone was new to leadership or management, it was reassuring to see that others face similar challenges: managing a team is never easy. Leadership is something that is developed, not innate. Although the course covered a wide range of topics in a single day and the trainer, Andrew, delivered the content exceptionally well, I would have liked more opportunities for participant interaction, such as breakout sessions and hands-on exercises with real-life scenarios.

I had 2 trainings with the team, online and face to face. The delivery is highly professional and knowledgeable. The team gets to know your expectations and aims to contextualise the training as per your needs with examples and situations. You can attend as a single individual which is really helpful, so you don’t need to ask your company to organise a group. The material given at the end of the session is really clear and practical which will be a really helpful tool in the longer term. This was an absolutely fantastic course and something I would recommend to anyone. As someone who is at the early stages of my career I was concerned that this course would not be too applicable to my current role, however Lynne tailored the session to my needs which meant I was able to learn a lot and I am looking forward to implementing the skills I gained in the future. As a 1:1 session, Lynne was very engaging, the session was very interactive - we covered a lot of different leadership styles and I was able to identify my more dominant leadership style and understand the importance of adopting different styles based on the situation. Easy Process and Great Course

I arranged for this course to be delivered to all of our leaders in the business - a total of 5 courses. The booking process was quick and easy. We spoke with the trainer ahead of the course to discuss what we wanted and they came back with a proposal for us. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and all of the process stuff such as contracts was done online. The trainer that we had was really professional, very experienced and positive throughout all of the courses.
