If you are looking to build skills for any situation but in particular for your day to day work, then i can recommend the Personal Impact Training Course. Lots of useful insights and skills provided and understanding how to manage awkward/difficult situations.

I have attended a few courses with Lynne and I have always thoroughly enjoyed them. I feel like I have grown my skills in so many areas and these not only affect my professional role but also my wider life. Lynne's courses are very interactive and personalised and from the start to the end of the course, I have always felt like I have gained so much knowledge and confidence. This course was full of nuggets and aha moments for me. It also did not just focus on the one area of Personal Impact but also the wider sub-topics such as assertiveness, negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution, change management and productivity hacks so it was a very thorough and all round personal development course. I highly recommend this course to everyone, as no matter how you feel about your skills in Personal Impact, there is something for everyone to take from it.

Really enjoyable one day course. The small numbers meant that it was very interactive and I was able to get some specific advice for my needs. I would recommend this course and will gladly attend others.

It was an afternoon course run by Lynne. The preparation, delivery and execution were excellent. Lynne was open and engaging, with a clear depth of knowledge backed up by experience. I was the only candidate on the course, however if there was more than 5 people on the course I truly feel it would have to be an all day session. For each candidate to get the same level of interaction and benefit from the course as I did. Very enjoyable and an excellent refresh. Thank you very much.
