Sue was fantastic, this course is highly recommended for anyone who is in a receptionist role- whether you are new to the role or been a receptionist for many years this course is fantastic!!

This course was really good and informative. The instructor was engaging, never boring and really quite amusing. 3 x sessions went really quickly, anyone starting from scratch as a receptionist would be able to take some really good inspirational knowledge from just 3 hours.
