I found this to be strong course overall on Critical Thinking Skills. it achieves this with several exercises that force you to really think about the correct solution and by educating you about solid frameworks of thought to guide you to the best decision you can make with the information you possess.

Great training and eye opening to a different tools and approaches to analyze the problems.

As a supervisor it definitely opened my eyes to looking at other possibilities and that it's something better to think outside the box a la "Look at things as shades of grey, instead of just black and white". It gave me a glimpse as to what I'd have to look at problem wise, if I were a manger and how there are many avenues to explore before coming to a decision, as there is never just a straight forward easy answer, even if it seems that way. I'd highly recommend this course.
