Good course
Great for someone getting into leadership for the first time or would like a refresher. The trainer was able to provide examples which helped and was good that we were in a small group so people could speak more freely.

Great Introduction to leadership and management
The 2-day course contained all the necessary information to get started as an effective leader and team manager. The course does focus on alot of areas, but difficult to go deep into different topics, but the trainer is really good at tailoring to issues that directly help you!
